30-Day Return Policy for Refurbished Computers
Return Period
All refurbished computers may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.
Eligible Returns
- Defective Units: Computers that fail to function as described or have hardware defects
- Wrong Item: Computers that differ from what was ordered
- Compatibility Issues: Units that are incompatible with your intended use (software, peripherals, etc.)
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, refurbished computers must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery date
- Include all original accessories, cables, documentation, and packaging materials
- Have no additional physical damage beyond the original refurbished condition
- Not show evidence of misuse, liquid damage, or modification
- Include proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, etc.)
Return Process
- Contact Us: Initiate your return by contacting customer service within the 30-day window
- Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package Securely: Pack the computer and all accessories in original or similar protective packaging
- Ship Back: Use the prepaid return label provided (for defective units) or ship at your expense (for other returns)
- Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item within 3-5 business days
Refund Terms
- Full Refunds: Issued for defective units or our shipping errors
- Refund Method: Refunds processed to original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection
- Return Shipping: We cover return shipping costs for defective units; customer pays return shipping for other reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Units damaged by customer misuse, drops, or liquid exposure
- Computers with removed or damaged serial number labels
- Units returned after 30-day deadline
- Items purchased with final sale designation
